PLAN AND PRICE
We start with a site visit and a proper chat about what you need — size, layout, budget and how you plan to use the space.
If you don’t already have drawings, we can connect you with the right designer or architect and work alongside them to get practical, council-compliant plans.
We’ll flag anything that may need consent (plumbing, site coverage, stormwater, boundary distances) early and talk through how the process works.
Once the plans and details are clear, we prepare a transparent quote covering labour, materials and any provisional allowances.

PRE-build & Consent
If building consent is required, we’ll work with your designer/architect to gather all the documents and lodge the application with council.
We keep an eye on the process, answer council queries and make sure compliance requirements (foundations, drainage, inspections) are covered.
Meanwhile we book trusted trades, secure materials and lock in a start date so the build can begin as soon as approvals are through.

build & handover
We manage the whole construction from foundations to final finishing — coordinating trades, keeping the site safe and tidy, and making sure timelines stay on track.
You’ll get updates through our project management system and any variations will be explained and approved in writing.
Once the work is complete, we handle inspections, final Code Compliance sign-off and hand over a ready-to-use dwelling with care and warranty info included.
