Before anyone talks price, we get to know what you're building and why — reviewing your site, how you want to use the space, and your budget.
For granny flats and tiny homes, the first big question is usually consent. Most dwellings over 30m² need building consent; some under 30m² don't. We'll tell you which you're looking at, flag the tricky stuff early (boundary distances, site coverage, drainage, services), and bring in designers if you need them.
Within 4–6 weeks, you'll have a full, transparent proposal with a clear breakdown of materials, labour, consent fees and inclusions — followed by a walk-through to answer every question before we sign.

Once the paperwork is locked in, our crew gets to work.
We handle the day-to-day — coordinating trades, materials, inspections and timelines — so the build runs smoothly and stays on track. You'll stay in the loop through our project management system with regular updates, site photos, and direct communication at every stage.
If a change is needed along the way, we'll always present it in writing for your approval first. No blindside costs. No creeping timelines.

When the final details are finished, we perform a thorough inspection to make sure every inch meets our standards.
We manage the final paperwork and arrange your Code Compliance Certificate (CCC) where required, handing over keys with a full maintenance and warranty pack — including our 10-year HALO guarantee.
Our service doesn't stop at handover. We'll check back once it's being lived in to make sure everything is performing, and remain available for advice whenever you need it.
