Stage 1
Getting to know you
We come to your site, assess what's there and what needs doing, and talk through the practical options. Then we work up an accurate quote so you know what to expect before anything is committed. No cost, no obligation.

Stage 2
Engineering and consent, if needed
Foundations, re-cladding, and retaining over a certain height need engineering and building consent. We arrange the engineer, handle the council side, and build to the approved design, with a preliminary contract covering our council liaison where consent is required.

Stage 3
Sign on and build
You accept your fixed quote and sign your contract, which locks in your start date and a guaranteed completion date. Then we build to code, from the groundwork you'll never see to the finish you will.
