Building is a big decision and most people have the same questions. Here are ours.
Bathrooms: 3–5 weeks. Kitchens: 4–6 weeks. Whole-home renovations: 3–6 months. New builds: 7–12 months from consent to handover. You'll get a fixed contracted completion date — and if we miss it, we pay you $100 per day.
