Our process
Three clear stages, from first chat to front-door keys
Building a home is a big commitment, so we've built our process to keep you informed and low-risk at every turn. Three stages take you from that first conversation to the day we hand you the keys.
Stage 1
Getting to know you
We start by understanding you: how you want to live, your budget, and what your site can take. From that first conversation we can give you a ballpark estimate and a basic floor plan drawn to scale on your section, so you can see early on whether your goals and your budget line up. No cost, no obligation.

Stage 2
Design, de-risked
When you're ready to take it further, we bring in our consultants and architects to develop your design properly, under a preliminary contract that does not lock you into the build. This stage is built to protect you: if council ever says no, every cost involved is fully refunded. You also make all your selections here, so the price we reach is genuinely fixed.

Stage 3
Sign on and build
Happy with your fixed price? You sign your build contract and we get underway. We manage the lot from foundations to handover, with one point of contact and a completion date we back ourselves to hit.

Most single-dwelling new builds run 7–12 months from foundations to handover, depending on size and finish complexity. The clock starts at consent, you'll get a fixed contracted completion date.
