We meet onsite to check levels, access and space. We’ll talk through your design ideas, roofing and cladding options, and flag whether consent is needed.
If drawings or engineer input are required, we’ll connect with the right people and work alongside them.
Then we prepare a clear, detailed quote.

If council approval is needed, we handle the paperwork and liaise with your designer or architect to get everything lodged and approved.
At the same time, we book trusted trades and secure materials to keep your project on track.

We manage the whole construction — from foundations and framing to cladding, roofing and finishing touches.
You’ll get regular updates through our project management system, and any changes will always be presented and approved in writing.
Once complete, we organise final checks and hand over a finished, ready-to-use garage or carport.
