Stage 1
Scope and quote
We meet your team on site to understand how the space is used, your access and safety requirements, and what needs to change. Then we scope and cost the work so your procurement team has a clear, fixed price to approve.

Stage 2
Compliance and pre-build
We handle the health and safety documentation, site-specific safety plans, and any engineering or building consent the work needs. Everything's lined up and signed off before we start, so there are no compliance surprises mid-job.

Build and deliver
