    Demo can expose surprises (rot, old plumbing), but our pricing accounts for it. The price you sign is the price you pay.

  • A standard bathroom reno (new vanity, shower, toilet, tiling, waterproofing) starts around $30K–$45K. Premium specs (freestanding tub, walk-in glass shower, underfloor heating) run $55K–$85K. Fixed price in your contract once scope is locked.
