Three clear stages, from first measure to final detail
A bathroom is mostly the work you can't see. We plan it carefully so the waterproofing is right and the finish lasts. Three stages take you from the first measure to handover.
Stage 1
Getting to know you
We visit, talk through layout options, and work through fixture and waterproofing decisions. Because it's a smaller job, we sort the design here so we can measure accurately and give you a fixed quote. No cost, no obligation.

Stage 2
Design, selections and sign-off
We finalise your fixtures, tiles, and finishes so the price is genuinely fixed. Where plumbing, drainage, or structural work is involved, we handle the building consent. Then you sign your contract and we book your start date.

Stage 3
Demo, waterproof and finish
We strip back to the studs, replace any rotten timber, rework the plumbing and electrical, and waterproof to NZ Building Code, the part that decides whether a bathroom lasts. Then we tile, fit, and finish. Around three to five weeks on site.

A standard bathroom reno (new vanity, shower, toilet, tiling, waterproofing) starts around $30K–$45K. Premium specs (freestanding tub, walk-in glass shower, underfloor heating) run $55K–$85K. Fixed price in your contract once scope is locked.
