We're happy to work with your preferred subs and consultants — joinery, engineers, kitchen designers, landscape, the lot. We won't try to swap them out for our crew unless you ask. Your relationships, your spec, our delivery.

A Cambridge architect engaged us to deliver a 280m² architecturally-designed new build for a private client. We took the drawings, came back with a fixed-price quote inside three weeks, and ran the build through to handover with weekly photo reports straight to the architect. Zero design variations initiated from our side.

A Hamilton practice — complex renovation
A Hamilton architecture practice asked us to quote an awkward heritage-adjacent renovation — exposed structural changes, original timber to retain, tricky junctions. We worked with their preferred engineer and structural sub, raised every junction as an RFI before we hit it on site, and finished inside the contracted programme.
